AMPR Trading Ltd is an import business built around one job: manufaturing of sustainable and ethical dried fish skins in for dogs, at consistent quality, batch after batch.
The Greenpeace recomendation
Greenpeace and the WWF say Bassa is on the 'Green List', that means it is encouraged to farm over other species of fish since it is done in a sustainable way.

We work directly with our factories in Vietnam and Bulgaria to bring dried fish and fish skins into the market for dog consumption. No fillers, no flavourings, no shortcuts — just sustainably farmed bassa fish, dried properly and handled the same way every time.
Every shipment is treated as a specification to be met, not just an order to be filled.
We dont use Cod due to the overfishing and vulnerability of the species, Greenpeace added cod the the 'Red List' due the the severe global overfishing and destructive bottom-trawling methods that ruin ocean habitiats.

Sourced
Fish and skins are sourced from coastal fisheries and processing partners we work with directly.
Trimmed and Washed
Skins are trimmed and cleaned to remove scale and residue before drying begins. This makes the skins low odour, which makes it perfect for pick and mix options.
Dried
Low-temperature air-drying preserves nutrients without needing artificial preservatives.
Inspected
Each batch has a human grade health certifcate and is checked for moisture content, texture and consistency against spec. This drying method also maintains the shiny apearance of the fish, whilst locking in the natural healthy oils.
Shipped
Sealed for freshness and imported under controlled conditions to our customers.

Full traceability

Moisture & texture checks
Batches are tested against a fixed specification before release.
Import documentation
Health certification and import paperwork are prepared and verified ahead of arrival, along with our farm being ASC Certified for assurance.
Controlled storage
Cold-chain or dry storage is used as required to protect product condition in transit.
